External Exchange and Cooperation Center

External Exchange and Cooperation Center is a functional department and administrative office for implementing foreign-related policies and coordinating foreign exchange and cooperation affairs in Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute (GXEPI).

It is mainly responsible for two major tasks of GXEPI's international exchanges, the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan exchanges, including drafting the work development plan of GXEPI's foreign exchange and cooperation; coordinating various foreign-related activities and providing information and contact services for teaching, scientific research and foreign-related academic exchanges of all secondary colleges; planning and implementing major foreign reception activities and school-level visits; expanding cooperation projects between GXEPI and overseas universities, scientific research institutions, government groups and international organizations, and conducting the overall management of exchange programs, including the formulation of programs, the drafting of agreements, the implementation of exchange projects and the tracking, management, and service of their operation; the examination and approval of foreign-related conferences, as well as the preparation and co-organization of academic forums and international conferences; conducting the application,approval, and related procedures for faculty members and students to go abroad on official business; other foreign exchange and cooperation affairs assigned by GXEPI.
