1.What’s the Chinese language requirements?
Students reach HSK level 3 or above can be admitted preferentially, and they are
more likely to receive scholarships from Guangxi government. Students who have not
reached the HSK Level 3 level for the time being, but with excellent academic during
high school or secondary vocational school, and have a strong interest in our majors,
can also be admitted to GXEPI and may receive school scholarships.
2. Is HSK Level 3 difficult?
GXEPI will provide online and offline language courses for international students.
According to previous experience, through a period of language courses learning,
students with poor Chinese foundation can also be possible to pass HSK Level 3;
students with good Chinese foundation can usually pass HSK Level 3 or above.
3.How to attend classes during the epidemic?

4.What language will be used in class?
All professional curriculum are taught in Mandarin(Chinese). The added value of our
diploma is “Chinese +Vocational Skill” .
5. What is the length of schooling?
For international students, GXEPI operates “2.5 + 0.5” mode, namely 2.5 years at
institute, 0.5 year for internship outside institute (internship units can be in China or in
your home country).
6. Is the standard of living high?
GXEPI is located in Nanning, the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous
Region. Nanning has a reputation as the Green City of China. As the biggest city of
Guangxi, the living expense is quite affordable. The living fee is recommended to be
prepared at RMB 700 yuan per month.
7. Is there any student club for international students?
GXEPI has established External Exchange Association, which regular hosts ASEAN
Knowledge Competition and Speech Competition. International students will be able
to join this student club and it helps to adapt the campus life faster.
